Job summary

Indiana University Health seeks a weekend part-time concierge to welcome guests at North Hospital. You will be the information hub, assisting with directions and answering questions to ensure a positive patient and guest experience, while upholding the organization's mission and values.

Required is a High School Diploma or GED, with preferred experience in concierge-level customer service and healthcare contact with patients or the public.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Concierge-level customer service experience preferred.
• Healthcare experience involving patient/public contact preferred.

Candidate Requirements
