Job summary

Andros has an opening for an Associate Gifting & Merchandise Project Manager on our Bonne Maman Brand. The successful candidate will manage gifting projects, cross-functional teams, and vendor relationships to bring new products to life.

The role acts as the commercialization and supply chain owner for the Bonne Maman gifting business, owning budgets, timelines, copackers, and sample production while collaborating with marketing, e-commerce, sales, finance and logistics. Hybrid in Bloomfield, NJ.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of commercialization and/or project management experience in the CPG industry.
• Vendor relationship management and cross-functional experience required.
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams internal and external to execute gifting, eShop offerings, and branded merchandise.
• Own budgets, COGS and P&Ls, and manage project financials with finance.
• Develop timelines and tracking tools to ensure timely completion of gifting projects.
