Job summary

fresh, a global skincare brand within the LVMH Group, is seeking an Associate Manager, Packaging Development in Jersey City, NJ. You will lead packaging initiatives for gifting, limited editions, and sampling, collaborating with Marketing, Design, Product Innovation, Purchasing and Operations to deliver innovative, sustainable packaging experiences.

You will manage external vendors, develop specs, supervise testing, and drive projects from concept to launch while elevating the brand's gifting

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Package Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in Packaging Development (gifting preferred).
• Knowledge of packaging materials, processes, and testing.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and qualification of packaging for gifting, limited-edition, and sampling initiatives.
• Collaborate with Design, Marketing, Purchasing and Operations to translate concepts into viable packaging experiences.
• Manage packaging projects from concept through execution with milestones and cross-functional alignment.
• Partner with external vendors to explore new formats, materials and sustainable solutions.
• Create specs, pre-BOMs, and quality control requirements for packaging components.
• Oversee testing (transit, function, homologation) to ensure quality and market readiness.
