Responsibilities

• Learn and apply IT system development and support processes with supervision.
• Assist in resolving system issues by applying knowledge of application functionality and business processes.
• Collaborate with FSAs/BSAs to define IT involvement and to develop High Level Estimates (HLEs).
• Help ensure timely approval routing of proposals and obtain clarifications from the BU when needed.
• Prepare user training materials and assist in User Acceptance Testing and release processes.
