Join to apply for the Associate Financial Advisor / Relationship Manager role at Bogart Wealth.

The Associate Financial Advisor supports the Financial Advisor in developing and maintaining client relationships. They act as a key contact for clients on non-administrative requests, assist in client meetings covering financial planning, investment strategy, tax optimization, and portfolio performance. The AFA communicates with team members to coordinate sales and service activities and contributes to business development to promote firm growth.

Responsibilities
  1. Identify and manage the client onboarding process.
  2. Assist with client review schedules.
  3. Document interactions and provide timely updates to the team.
  4. Execute the team service model.
  5. Engage with the team to address client needs.
  6. Attend client review meetings, assist in rediscovery conversations, and follow up in Salesforce.
  7. Monitor and report on client satisfaction, managing escalations.
Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in financial services.
  • Series 65 license.
  • CFP designation or working towards it.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Personable with the ability to connect with clients.
  • Ability to collaborate and influence.
  • Thorough knowledge of firm services.
  • Research skills for client issues.
  • Self-starter with a sense of urgency.
