Cascade Living Group is seeking an Associate Executive Director for Mt. Bachelor Assisted Living and Memory Care to share administrative authority with the Executive Director.

You will direct wellness programs, manage community operations, and oversee financial assets, while delegating day‑to‑day tasks when needed. You must hold an ALF/RCF administrator certificate, be highly computer proficient, and meet health and background checks.

Qualifications

• Must be compassionate and service‑oriented toward seniors.
• Excellent oral and written communication with residents, families, and staff.
• Ability to multi‑task with strong organizational skills and detail orientation.
• Must be highly computer proficient and able to manage complex projects.
• Ability to act with integrity and work independently when needed.

Responsibilities

• Promote Cascade Living Group's mission, values and beliefs.
• Represent the community with outside agencies and payers.
• Oversee day‑to‑day operations and overall management.
• Ensure privacy compliance under federal and state law.
• Review resident complaints and document actions taken.
• Interpret policies to residents, families and staff as needed.
• Implement operating and financial controls per policy.
• Maintain budgeted occupancy and adjust resources accordingly.
• Market the community to meet rent and occupancy goals.
• Prepare annual operating budget for management approval.
