Job summary

Cascade Living Group is seeking an Associate Executive Director at Arbor Village to lead wellness programs, manage finances, and oversee daily operations. You will report to the Executive Director and delegate tasks while ensuring high-quality care for residents.

The role requires Washington ALF/RCF licensure, strong leadership, privacy compliance, and the ability to work weekends and on-call. Compensation ranges from $85,000 to $95,000 annually with discretionary bonuses.

Qualifications

• Must hold Washington State ALF/RCF Administrators License.
• Must obtain ALF/RCF administrator certificate and at least an HCA license.
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, associates, vendors and the public.
• Willingness to follow through on complex projects to completion.

Responsibilities

• Promote the mission, values and beliefs of Cascade Living Group.
• Represent the community with outside agencies and third-party payers.
• Direct day-to-day operations and overall management of the residence.
• Ensure privacy compliance with federal and state laws.
• Review resident concerns and report actions in writing.
• Explain policies to residents, families, visitors and agencies.
• Ensure operating and financial controls align with company policy.
• Achieve budgeted occupancy and market the community.
• Prepare annual operating budgets and allocate resources.
• Hire, evaluate, and supervise managers and staff.
