• Promote the mission, values and beliefs of Cascade Living Group
• Represent the community with outside agencies including governmental agencies and third-party payers
• Oversee day-to-day operations and overall management of the residence
• Support compliance with health information and privacy laws
• Review resident concerns and document actions taken for families
• Explain policies to residents, families and staff
• Ensure operating and financial controls per policy
• Help achieve budgeted occupancy and a positive resident experience
• Market the community to meet rent and occupancy targets
• Prepare annual operating budget and allocate resources
• Hire and supervise managers and staff per policy
