Job summary

The Boeing Company in Hazelwood, Missouri is seeking an Associate ERP IT Engineer to join the GOLDesp ERP support team. You will analyze business and technical processes, define requirements, and coordinate data integration across system functions, reporting, and testing.

You will support deployments, provide user training, and maintain post‑go live systems, ensuring quality and continuity for ERP operations across manufacturing and supply chain workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or equivalent
• 1+ years’ experience working with an ERP system (such as SAP, GOLDesp) from an IT standpoint
• 1+ years’ experience in report writing utilizing a database (SQL, Tableau, Power BI, Crystal Reports, etc)
• 1+ years’ experience in inventory management, supply chain, demand forecasting, engineering, or simulation
• 1+ years’ experience in a role that requires project management skills
• Experience with Microsoft Office Tools including Word, Outlook, Excel, MS Project

Responsibilities

• Gathers business information requirements and coordinates change activities
• Supports development and implementation of business architecture
• Supports monitoring and performs quality control actions relating to business information
• Develops and updates informational dashboards and reports
• Conducts system readiness testing for business processes
• Provides administration and monitoring of systems post-implementation
• Supports project management tasks related to business information integration activities
• Supports system changes and integration efforts
• Provides end-user support including data guidance, training design and delivery
