Job summary
Oshkosh AeroTech, an Oshkosh company, is seeking a Lead ERP Software Developer to design, build, and support scalable ERP solutions that drive business operations. The role focuses on integrations, data transformations, and custom extensions to enhance system capabilities.
This onsite position is based in Orlando, FL or Ogden, UT. You will partner with business and technology teams, translate requirements into technical specs, and collaborate across ERP platforms while ensuring efficient data
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in software development or related field.
- 5+ years of software development experience.
- Experience with ERP systems or enterprise applications.
- Experience with ETL processes.
- Experience building system integrations and interfaces.
- Strong SQL and relational database skills.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and support ERP-based solutions for business processes.
- Build and maintain integrations between ERP platforms and other apps.
- Develop custom extensions to meet business needs.
- Perform data extraction, transformation, and migration.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Support ERP implementations and upgrades.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions.
- Troubleshoot data, integration, and system issues.
- Document configurations, integrations, and development work.
- Participate in testing and ensure quality of deployments.
