Job summary

The Boeing Company in Hazelwood, Missouri is seeking a Lead Programmer Analyst to support the Information Technology team within the Boeing Defense, Space and Security group. You will lead design, development, and delivery of complex software solutions spanning ERP/MRP and manufacturing operations.

This role requires strong cross-functional leadership, Oracle PL/SQL expertise, and experience guiding end-to-end projects.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or higher or equivalent experience.
5+ years of IT architecture experience.
5+ years of Oracle PL/SQL development.
Experience with Windows services and Perl backends.

Responsibilities

Lead design, development, testing, implementation, and maintenance of complex applications.
Analyze end-user processes to define requirements and translate to technical solutions.
Define architecture specs, security requirements, and support needs.
Design architecture and integrate software with databases and subsystems.
Write and review complex code; enforce standards and quality.
Provide escalation support and drive root-cause analysis.
Lead and coordinate teams; mentor engineers and drive execution.
Develop training materials and improve system architecture and processes.
Support API and file-based integrations across enterprise systems.
