Job summary

The Boeing Company in Hazelwood, MO is hiring a Senior Design and Analysis Engineer (Electrical Systems Design) to lead the development of complex electrical and electronic systems. You will work with cross-disciplinary teams, translate requirements into architectures, and drive hardware/software interfaces while ensuring compliance and performance.

Qualifications

Bachelor of Science in Engineering with focus in Electrical, Mechanical or Aeronautical, Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, or Chemistry (Senior level)
9+ years experience with bachelor’s degree
7+ years with Master’s
4+ years with PhD
Ability to travel up to 10 percent

Responsibilities

Lead customer-driven development of complex electrical system requirements
Coordinate architecture, hardware and software design and interface specifications
Lead testing and validation to ensure designs meet requirements
Oversee supplier performance for system integration and compliance
Resolve issues with fielded hardware/software across lifecycle
