Eversource is seeking an Associate Engineer to support the Distribution Management System (DMS) across its electric grid. You will work with engineers and operators to optimize the distribution network, leveraging AFR, LVM, and DER planning to improve reliability and resilience while integrating new tools for modernization.

The role spans collaboration with IT, system planning, and field operations across multiple states, contributing to project scoping, budgeting, and long-term grid strategies.

Qualificações

• Requires a Bachelor of Science in Engineering or Engineering Technology.
• Power systems knowledge preferred.
• Candidate should be able to work in cross-functional teams.

Responsabilidades

• Support execution and maintenance of the Distribution Management System (DMS).
• Assist in optimization of the distribution network using AFR, LVM, and DER scheduling.
• Collaborate with operators, IT, and engineering for DMS functionality and improvements.
• Participate in technology reviews and vendor engagements for grid modernization.
