About the Role:

The Associate Disability Claim Examiner will handle a claim block of routine disability claims, ensuring optimal claims handling and timely, accurate decisions.

Work Arrangement:

This position is Fully Remote. Occasional on-site presence may be required based on business needs.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage a block of routine Disability claims effectively and accurately.
2. Focus on delivering excellent customer experience.
3. Provide accurate, dependable, and trustworthy service.
4. Maintain strong customer relationships.

Qualifications:

• 1 year in Short Term Disability claim management or related health claim experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus.
• Proven customer service skills.
• Knowledge of claim/risk management, contract interpretation, and administration.
• Proficiency in PC skills (Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Additional Requirements:

• Internet service with at least 25 Mbps download speed.

Compensation and Benefits:

Salary range: $43,600 - $64,800, based on experience and location.
