The Associate Disability Claim Examiner will handle a claim block of routine disability claims. The Claim Examiner is responsible for ensuring optimal claims handling and timely, accurate decisions.

The current Employee Work Arrangement (EWA) for this position is Fully Remote. While this role is remote, there may be occasions requiring on-site presence at a Prudential office depending on business needs.

What you can expect:
  • Manage a block of routine Disability claims effectively and accurately.
  • Focus on delivering the best customer experience.
  • Provide accurate, dependable, and trustworthy service to customers.
  • Maintain customer relationships with a strong customer focus.
What you’ll need:
  • 1 year of Short Term Disability claim management or related health claim experience preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus.
  • Proven customer service skills.
  • Knowledge in claim/risk management, contract interpretation, and administration.
  • PC skills including Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

  • Bilingual in Spanish and English.
  • Success in achieving individual development goals.
  • Results-oriented with organizational and analytical skills.
  • Strong organization, critical thinking, and time management skills.
  • Ability to adapt to organizational changes.

The salary range for this role is $43,600.00 to $64,800.00, depending on location, experience, and skills. Benefits include:
