Job summary

Unilever seeks a senior operations leader to own the US fulfilment and logistics across DTC, Amazon, and major retailers. You will guide an expanding team, drive service levels, and optimize costs while scaling in the US market.

You will partner with US 3PLs and internal teams to ensure efficient, high‑quality delivery, inventory health, and on-shelf availability. The role combines strategic planning with hands‑on leadership in a fast‑growing consumer brand environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years experience in US Operations / fulfilment leadership.
• Deep Walmart & Target fulfilment experience incl. vendor compliance.
• Proven track record leading 3PL relationships and logistics performance.
• Strong financial acumen with P&L accountability.
• Experience in high-growth, omni-channel consumer brands with US retailers.
• Ability to operate strategically and hands-on in a scaling environment.
• Excellent partner management and executive communication skills.
• Strong people leader with coaching and development abilities.

Responsibilities

• Own US end-to-end fulfilment and logistics execution across DTC, Amazon and Retail channels.
• Deliver consistently strong OTIF, dispatch SLAs, carrier delivery and inventory accuracy.
• Define regional customer experience strategy and lead improvements to drive delight.
• Lead structured reviews with Ops team and 3PL partners.
• Negotiate with logistics partners and manage KPI-based performance.
• Drive continuous improvement across partners with clear KPIs and action plans.
• Lead cross-functional projects (new retailer channels, launches) and ensure strong execution.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain, Retail, Tech, Finance and CX for rollout of initiatives.
