Job summary

Sol de Janeiro is seeking a Senior Manager, Fulfillment Operations – Americas to lead day-to-day distribution and 3PL partnerships across Wholesale, Amazon, and DTC channels. You will drive service quality, cost control, and inventory integrity while guiding continuous improvement initiatives.

You will coordinate with Commercial, Inventory, Transportation, Finance, and Technology teams to scale operations, improve visibility, and enable future growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, Business, or related field required; master’s preferred.
• 8+ years in distribution, fulfillment, logistics, or supply chain operations.
• Experience leading 3PL relationships and multi-site distributions in fast-paced settings.
• Proven ability to develop and govern KPIs and manage cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong analytics, communication, and project management skills.
• On-site requirement in NJ 5 days a week; some travel to TX (<20%).

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day fulfillment operations across multiple distribution centers.
• Lead Americas 3PL partners for service, cost, inventory integrity and performance.
• Drive performance improvements using KPI data and root-cause analysis.
• Develop forecasts with 3PL partners to ensure inventory efficiency.
• Support new customers, retailers, marketplaces, and distribution capabilities.
• Collaborate with Transportation, Commercial, Sales Ops, and Production Planning.
