Job summary

Sol de Janeiro, headquartered in New York, is seeking a Senior Manager, Fulfillment Operations – Americas to lead regional distribution, 3PL partnerships, and multi-channel fulfillment across Wholesale, Amazon, and DTC.

You will own day-to-day distribution, drive efficiency, cost control, and scalability, while partnering with Commercial, Customer Service, Inventory, Transportation, Finance, and Technology to transform operations.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or related field required; master’s degree preferred.
8+ years in distribution, fulfillment, logistics, or supply chain operations.
Experience leading 3PL provider relationships and multi-site distribution operations.
Experience leading high-performing operational teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
Demonstrated leadership to manage through change with engagement.
Strong understanding of fulfillment across wholesale, e‑commerce, marketplace, and retail channels.
Experience developing KPIs, governance, and performance management routines.
Experience with SAP, WMS, OMS, or TMS preferred.
Consumer goods/beauty/retail industry experience preferred.
On-site in NJ 3PL, 5 days a week; some travel to TX (<20%).

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day operations across multiple distribution centers.
Lead Americas 3PL fulfillment partners for service, cost, inventory integrity, compliance, and performance.
Drive continuous improvement across distribution and 3PL operations.
Oversee Wholesale/Bulk/DTC fulfillment and compliance.
Develop forecasts with 3PL partner for inventory management.
Partner with transportation to execute plans.
Collaborate with Commercial, Sales, and Finance teams.
Ensure safety, quality, and brand protection standards.
Support readiness for new customers and channels.
Champion sustainability initiatives in the warehouse.
