Job summary

Thea Pharma Inc. is seeking an Associate Director, Forecasting US to join our Commercial Strategy and Analytics team in a hybrid role.

You will collaborate with brand teams and key stakeholders to build accurate short- and long-term forecasts across Rx, OTC, and buy-and-bill portfolios, and drive critical assumptions driving business decisions. You will synthesize market dynamics and competitive trends, support secondary analytics for OTC assets, and help translate data into strategic

Qualifications

• Forecasting and analytics experience in pharma/biotech
• Strong communication and storytelling with leadership
• Cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Marketing, Finance
• Autonomous work style with minimal supervision
• Experience with data sources like Symphony/IQVIA/Veeva

Responsibilities

• Develop short- and long-term forecasts for Rx/OTC/buy-and-bill products
• Evaluate forecast scenarios and align assumptions with teams
• Support 5-year planning and sales/marketing impact analyses
• Partner with brand teams to synthesize market dynamics into forecasts
• Provide ad-hoc analyses for OTC portfolio and actionable insights
• Connect analytics to brand strategy and forecast narrative
