Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of direct forecasting experience in pharma/biotech.
• Advanced degree and 3–4 years of forecast experience may be considered.
• Strong business acumen and presentation skills.
• Excellent analytical and forecasting skills; Excel expertise required.
• Knowledge of pharma data sources and US payer environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead long-term patient/volume/revenue forecasts for annual planning cycles.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to harmonize forecasts.
• Support model enhancements to reflect brand strategy and launches.
• Design studies with Market Research for forecast inputs.
• Incorporate payer access analyses and rebates into models.
• Provide monthly updates to leadership with data-driven insights.
