Job summary

Personal Assistance Services of Colorado seeks an Associate Director, Unskilled Services, to drive execution of the Director’s strategy for CFC Personal Care and Homemaker and In-Home Support Services. You will translate strategic direction into actionable plans, oversee operations, and monitor compliance to promote independence and safety for members in their homes and communities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of supervisory or management experience in waiver services.
• 3+ years of leading managers or large distributed teams.
• Extensive knowledge of Colorado CFC services and waiver requirements.
• Experience coaching, developing, and leading teams.
• Experience with compliance monitoring, audits, and performance management.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coach, and develop program managers and leadership staff; set clear expectations and accountability.
• Translate policy and regulatory changes into operational procedures and training.
• Monitor Department workflows, service delivery, staffing, and documentation standards.
• Support coordinators with complex cases, escalations, and problem-solving.
• Lead meetings and communications to ensure consistent messaging across teams.
