Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business/management, marketing, communication, public relations, education or related field.
• 4 years’ progressive experience in secondary or post-secondary education
• Experience should show progressive growth in responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Inspire prospective students and families through engaging Business Information Sessions and personalized appointments.
• Lead Indianapolis recruitment events such as Purdue's For Me, Introducing Purdue, and admitted events.
• Oversee and grow the Indianapolis Business Ambassadors program and empower student leaders.
• Develop Indianapolis-specific marketing materials, emails, and merchandise reflecting Purdue’s master brand.
• Support student retention through community-building events and summer programming for high school students.
• Build partnerships with high schools and community organizations across the Indianapolis region.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align recruitment, marketing, and engagement strategies with enrollment goals.
