Johnson & Johnson’s Innovative Medicine Translational Research group in Spring House, PA seeks a clinical biomarker lead (Associate Director) to drive translational research across solid tumor programs. You will shape biomarker strategies, guide early and late development, and collaborate with Discovery, Clinical, and external partners to advance cancer therapies.

You will lead biomarker data interpretation, cross-functional teams, and regulatory documentation, contributing to proof-of-mechanism

Formación

• Ph.D. or MD/PhD in molecular biology or related field; 5–10 years biomarker/translational research experience preferred.
• Experience in translational research leadership within oncology is highly desirable.
• Strong communication and leadership skills for cross-functional governance.

Responsabilidades

• Manage translational strategy and implementation for one or more pipeline assets.
• Plan and execute discovery and validation of biomarkers (predictive, prognostic, safety).
• Develop and implement clinical biomarker strategy; participate in CDT and lead working groups.
