Qualifications

• Demonstrated knowledge of advising practices, student development theory, and higher education student support models.
• Proven leadership and supervisory experience with staff performance.
• Experience with student success technologies (e.g., EAB Navigate) and data-informed decision making.
• Ability to build relationships with faculty, Student Affairs, and Academic Affairs partners.
• Strong communication skills and commitment to professional development.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the operational lead for advising delivery at multiple campuses, ensuring staffing, coverage, and workflow execution across advising functions.
• Supervise advising staff and foster a high-performing, student-centered team through training, coaching, and development.
• Support the effective use of EAB Navigate to enhance service delivery and proactive student engagement.
• Promote cross-functional coordination and clear roles, expectations, and performance outcomes.
