Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree; or will accept in substitution, a bachelor's degree and 2 years of professional experience in university admissions, student recruitment, or academic advising.
• Proficiency with higher education CRM software.
• Exceptional public speaking skills.
• A deep understanding of transfer articulation agreements.
• Position requires a valid driver's license or the ability to obtain one within 30 days of the date of hire. A valid driver's license must be maintained as a condition of employment. Ability to rent vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Lead transfer recruitment, partnership development, and specialized student enrollment initiatives within the Office of Undergraduate Admissions.
• Oversee transfer recruitment operations, supervise professional staff, and collaborate with campus and external partners to strengthen transfer pathways and support institutional enrollment goals.
• Provide data-informed recommendations, identifying partnership and recruitment opportunities, and supporting the development and implementation of recruitment strategies for transfer, readmit, second-degree, and other specialized student populations.
• Partner with Undergraduate Admissions leaders, team members, and campus partners to deliver coordinated recruitment, communication, processing, and engagement experiences that support transfer student success and institutional enrollment goals.
