Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree and 4 years of related experience.
• Working knowledge of Title IV regulations.
• Knowledge of computer system capabilities, business processes and workflow.
• Ability to conduct training on technologies.
• Analytical problem-solving to identify optimal system solutions.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain all financial aid technologies and business solutions.
• Develop instructional technical materials and conduct training.
• Translate business processes into system requirements and develop solutions.
• Analyze new business requirements to optimize system resources.
• Analyze data and support data requests.
• Assist campus partners in solving complex problems with business systems.
