Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and five years of professional experience in financial aid or related field.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Knowledge of federal and state financial aid regulations.
• Strong leadership and supervision abilities.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain compliance with federal, state and institutional financial aid regulations.
• Oversee awarding of grant funds and scholarships as directed.
• Retrieve, update, process and reconcile state and federal aid rosters.
• Provide reports and responses to USED.
• Supervise the Financial Assistance Processing team and provide overnight leadership to NCAA compliance.
