Northern Kentucky University is seeking an Associate Director of Compliance and Processing to lead the Financial Aid Processing team and ensure compliance with federal, state, and institutional regulations. The role aligns with the Office of Comptroller and Campus Community and supports the institution's financial aid goals.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in financial aid, strong leadership, attention to detail, and excellent communication for student inquiries

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and five years of professional experience in financial aid or related field.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Knowledge of federal and state financial aid regulations.
• Strong leadership and supervision abilities.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsabilités

• Maintain compliance with federal, state and institutional financial aid regulations.
• Oversee awarding of grant funds and scholarships as directed.
• Retrieve, update, process and reconcile state and federal aid rosters.
• Provide reports and responses to USED.
• Supervise the Financial Assistance Processing team and provide overnight leadership to NCAA compliance.
