Qualifications

• Master's degree and 4 years of related experience required.
• Working knowledge of Title IV regulations.
• Knowledge of computer system capabilities, business processes and workflow.
• Ability to conduct training on technologies.
• Ability to problem solve and think analytically to identify optimal business system solutions.

Responsibilities

• Manage and improve the technology infrastructure and systems for financial aid operations, ensuring compliance and efficient aid delivery.
• Provide technical managerial leadership and oversee all departmental systems, technology and data activities.
• Direct a team of professionals and manage complex projects to streamline data analysis workflows and resolve system issues.
• Coordinate implementation of new and modernized business system solutions and liaise with external vendors or partners.
• Perform and coordinate system testing for new and existing applications, upgrades and patches; document testing results.
• Maintain all financial aid technologies and business solutions; develop instructional materials and conduct training.
• Translate business processes into system requirements and develop system solutions.
• Analyze new business requirements and determine best use of resources; analyze data and support data requests.
