Job summary

Debevoise & Plimpton LLP seeks an Associate Director, Technology Learning & Adoption in the Information Services Department. Based in New York (Hudson Yards) with at least three days onsite, you will lead the global Learning & Adoption team and shape user engagement, learning programs and technology adoption across the firm.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in technology support, user engagement, learning and development, technology enablement, communications or related discipline in the legal industry.
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing teams.
• Experience leading enterprise technology implementations and adoption initiatives.
• Experience developing communication strategies, learning programs and user engagement initiatives.
• Excellent executive presence and relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the firm's technology learning strategies.
• Promote best practices that improve technology proficiency and productivity.
• Measure learning effectiveness and continuously improve learning programs.
• Champion the voice of lawyers and professional staff throughout technology initiatives.
• Conduct outreach through meetings, surveys, interviews and focus groups to understand user needs.
• Gather and analyze user feedback to improve technology usability, productivity and satisfaction.
• Develop and monitor user engagement and satisfaction metrics.
• Advocate for user needs during planning, implementation and post-launch activities.
