Job summary

EY in the Americas Consulting is seeking an experienced Communications & Engagement Associate Director to lead Talent, Operations & Finance communications initiatives. Reporting to the Americas Consulting Communications Leader, you will translate business objectives into clear, consistent messaging that informs and aligns leaders and employees across the practice.

This role requires an experienced internal communications leader with business acumen, judgment and the ability to drive disciplined

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required.
• Typically no less than 8–10 years of experience in executive/internal communications.
• Masters degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Translate established strategic priorities into clear, compelling communications for diverse audiences.
• Develop materials, FAQs and cascade tools aligned to Consulting strategy.
• Ensure consistency and alignment across communications initiatives.
• Provide governance and structured planning for communications delivery.
• Partner with Talent, Finance, Operations and Center-led initiatives for alignment.
