Job summary

EY is seeking an Americas Consulting Communications & Engagement Associate Director to lead communications for Talent, Operations & Finance initiatives. You will translate business priorities into clear messaging, partner with leaders, and drive engagement across the practice.

Reporting to the Americas Consulting Communications Leader, you will develop materials, FAQs and cascade tools, ensure consistency, and measure impact.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required.
• 8-10 years of experience in executive/internal/corporate communications.
• Masters degree is preferred.
• Experience supporting senior leaders and enterprise- or practice-wide initiatives in a complex professional services organization.

Responsibilities

• Translate established strategic priorities into clear, compelling communications for different audiences and leadership levels.
• Develop supporting materials, FAQs, cascade tools and content aligned to broader Consulting strategy.
• Ensure consistency and alignment across communications initiatives.
• Bring structure and discipline to communications through planning, governance and execution.
• Monitor engagement and feedback related to Talent, Operations and Finance communications.
