Midlands Technical College seeks an Associate Director of Student Services at the North Lake Center to act as a primary college representative and enrollment liaison. You will collaborate with college administrators, school districts, adult education partners, and industry to develop and implement comprehensive educational opportunities and student support services.

The role focuses on managing day-to-day site activities, frontline enrollment and student support, scheduling, and enrollment

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and experience in student services programs.
• Master’s degree preferred with 3+ years in student services or enrollment management.
• Knowledge of FAFSA and student financial aid processes.

• Serve as primary college representative and enrollment liaison for designated schools.
• Collaborate with administrators, educators and industry partners to develop and implement educational opportunities and student support services.
• Manage day-to-day site activities, provide front-line enrollment and student support, and coordinate scheduling and enrollment processes.
• Support recruitment and retention initiatives and strengthen pathways between dual enrollment and college programs.
