Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with experience in student services programs.
• Master's degree with at least three years in student services, enrollment management or related higher education field.
• Knowledge of FAFSA and related student financial aid processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day site activities at the North Lake Center.
• Provide front-line enrollment and student support services.
• Coordinate course scheduling and enrollment processes.
• Support recruitment and retention initiatives for Midlands Technical College.
• Strengthen pathways from high school/adult education into college programs.
