Job summary

Midlands Technical College is seeking an Associate Director of Student Services at the North Lake Center. The role represents the college, coordinates enrollment efforts, and partners with schools and community stakeholders to expand educational opportunities and support services.

Responsibilities include managing daily site operations, front-line enrollment, scheduling, and coordinating recruitment and retention initiatives to ensure smooth transitions from secondary education to college

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with experience in student services programs.
• Master’s degree and a minimum of three years of experience in student services, enrollment management, or a related higher education field.
• Knowledge of student financial aid processes, including FAFSA completion and related student support services.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary college representative and enrollment liaison for designated schools.
• Collaborate with college administrators, school district personnel, high schools and adult education partners, community leaders, academic departments, Corporate and Continuing Education, and industry partners to develop, coordinate, and implement educational opportunities and student support services.
• Manage day-to-day site activities, provide front-line enrollment and student support services, coordinate course scheduling and enrollment processes, and support recruitment and retention initiatives.
• Strengthen pathways that connect Dual Enrollment, Adult Education, Career and Technical Education, Corporate and Continuing Education, and other college programs.
• Create a seamless experience for students transitioning from high school or adult education into Midlands Technical College programs and credentials.
• This position will be located on the Midlands Technical College North Lake Center.
