Tri County Technical College is seeking a driven Enrollment Services leader to oversee TC Central, the college’s one-stop center for admissions, registrar, financial aid, and advising. You will champion student-focused, outcomes-based services and guide a team across multiple campuses.

The role emphasizes collaboration, process improvement, staff development, and stakeholder engagement to deliver a transformative student experience.

Qualifications

• Excellent oral, written, and presentation communication skills.
• Comprehensive knowledge of customer service and service delivery standards.
• Ability to develop and deliver training content.
• Ability to relate well to persons from different backgrounds.
• Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Hire, mentor, train, supervise, and motivate a high performing team of One Stop Specialists dedicated to holistic student development and providing excellent customer service.
• Provide leadership and direction for the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of integrated one-stop services across campuses.
• Ensure effective provision of service and support by designing and assessing service delivery standards and metrics.
• Set baseline knowledge standards and develop/deliver trainings for Enrollment Services staff.
• Collaborate with departments across the college to support inter-departmental communication and process improvements.
• Represent the department on committees and perform other duties as assigned.
