Job summary

Harvard University Foundation seeks an Associate Director to lead student life initiatives within the College, coordinating events and programs that foster a pluralistic, inclusive campus community.

Reporting to the Harvard Foundation Senior/Director, you will supervise undergraduate and graduate staff, advise student organizations, and partner with C&C, DSO, and campus partners to advance programming, assessments, and strategic student engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Master’s degree preferred; experience in higher education is a plus.
• Experience with student activities, programming/events and assessment.

Responsibilities

• Manage assessment needs of the student body and organize educational, social and cultural activities.
• Oversee development and implementation of programs and events.
• Supervise undergraduate and graduate student employees and advise student organizations.
• Collaborate with campus partners and act as liaison to other offices and programs.
• Develop learning outcomes and assess program data.
