Harvard College’s Phillips Brooks House Center seeks a Director of Community Engagement to lead programs for student services, build community partnerships, and supervise staff. The role reports to the Associate Dean of Civic Engagement and Service and focuses on expanding fellowship opportunities, student mentoring, and alumni engagement.

The Faculty of Arts and Sciences (FAS) is the historic heart of Harvard University. Lead all facets of program administration for student services, serve as a subject matter expert, and provide counseling for students and student groups.
The Director of Community Engagement serves as a key leadership role within Phillips Brooks House reporting to the Associate Dean of Civic Engagement and Service. They oversee programs related to summer fellowship experiences, winter break volunteer opportunities, and post-graduate public service opportunities for current Harvard undergraduates and recent graduates in the public interest sector. These programs focus extensively on student development, building community partnerships, and alumni/ae engagement. Harvard College provides support to a wide range of community service organizations, alumni/ae Clubs, Shared Interest Groups (SIGs), and publicservice initiatives
