Harvard University Foundation seeks an Associate Director to lead student life initiatives within the College, coordinating events and programs that foster a pluralistic, inclusive campus community.
Reporting to the Harvard Foundation Senior/Director, you will supervise undergraduate and graduate staff, advise student organizations, and partner with C&C, DSO, and campus partners to advance programming, assessments, and strategic student engagement.

The Faculty of Arts and Sciences (FAS) is the historic heart ofHarvard University. Manage assessment needs of the student body and the organization ofeducational, social and cultural activities.
Work is performed in an office setting. May be required to worknights and weekends. The work schedule and location will be set by the department at itsdiscretion and based upon operational needs and objectives andconsistent with College Policy, which requires 5 days on-site inCambridge, MA during term time (first day of classes throughcommencement), with the exception of student breaks. When notworking at a Harvard or Harvard-designated location, employees inhybrid positions must work in a Harvard registered state incompliance with the University’s Policy on Employment Outside of Massachusetts .Additional details about the College policy will be discussedduring the interview process. Certain visa types and fundingsources may limit work location. Individuals must meet worklocation sponsorship requirements prior to employment.
Working within the Harvard Foundation, Office of Culture & Community (C&C) and the Dean of Students Office (DSO) at large,the Associate Director will report to either the Senior Director orDirector of the Harvard Foundation and will direct initiativesrelated to supporting student life at the College and will provideleadership to foster community, respect and respectful dialogue,sustained engagement among the College’s community of communities.The Associate Director will coordinate events that foster communityamongst undergrads at the College, and which cultivate apluralistic environment.
