Job summary

Revance is seeking an Associate Director, Supply Chain Planning in Newark, CA to lead the supply chain planning function and shape the strategic direction of forecasting, inventory, and capacity planning. The role requires deep cross-functional collaboration and a track record of delivering efficiency gains.

You will drive S&OP processes, partner with sales, operations, procurement, logistics, and CMOs to balance demand with supply while minimizing costs.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree with 5 years’ directly related experience, OR
• Bachelor’s degree with 7 years’ directly related experience, OR
• Associate’s degree with 10 years’ directly related experience, AND 3 years’ managerial experience and APICS CPIM certification or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the strategic vision for the supply chain planning function.
• Oversee S&OP and demand planning processes; collaborate with sales, operations, procurement, logistics, CMO and 3PL.
• Lead inventory optimization and replenishment strategies; monitor inventory levels and minimize stockouts or excess inventory.
• Foster strong partnerships with sales and marketing to incorporate market insights into forecasting models.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, logistics, procurement, and finance to align planning activities and drive efficiency.
