Job summary

Revlon is seeking a Director of SAP Planning, Procurement & Advanced Planning Systems to lead global planning and inventory optimization initiatives. The role oversees SAP ECC MM/PP, governance, and the deployment of an APS to advance S&OP maturity while sustaining service levels.

They will architect strategy, manage global teams and partners, and engage in critical issues with executive accountability. This is a hybrid role located in Oxford, MS, with remote work on non-office days.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive experience across SAP and enterprise planning.
• Experience leading global teams and complex vendor ecosystems.
• Direct leadership in APS or advanced planning transformation.

Responsibilities

• Own the global planning, procurement, and inventory optimization technology strategy.
• Define governance standards across planning processes, system behavior, and master data.
• Lead global internal teams and external delivery partners; engage directly in high-risk issues when needed.
• Act as IT Functional Lead for APS implementation and evaluate planning tools (Kinaxis Maestro, o9, Anaplan).
