Job summary

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading enterprise DevSecOps, platform engineering, or software delivery tooling organizations.
• Experience modernizing and operating large-scale enterprise platforms.
• Strong understanding of source control, CI/CD, artifact repositories, software supply chain security.
• Proven ability to lead distributed teams and manage budgets and vendors.
• Excellent executive communication linking technical decisions to business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Define strategy and roadmap for DevSecOps platforms and tools.
• Manage platform portfolio across source control, CI/CD, artifact management, toolchain.
• Drive platform modernization and migration planning.
• Lead delivery engineering, self-service workflows, and automated delivery.
• Partner with security and risk to embed controls.
• Ensure platform reliability and service ownership.
• Improve developer experience and adoption of platforms.
