Job summary

The Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation (DTCC) seeks a Senior Associate – Innovations & Data in the Asset Services team. You will lead the development and execution of security reference data, leveraging AI, automation, and cloud platforms to strengthen data processing and client value.

You will partner with product, technology, operations, and the data office to deliver data-driven solutions, measure impact, and advance a modernization agenda in a global post-trade ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of related experience in product management role specializing in data management, data strategy and / or technology innovation.

Responsibilities

• Support security reference data strategy and modernization objectives across Asset Services.
• Advance use of AI, data automation, and cloud platforms to improve data integrity and insights.
• Monitor innovation initiatives and report progress to leadership.
• Translate strategic priorities into data- and technology-driven projects.
• Collaborate with product, technology, data office and operations to deliver innovative data solutions.
• Engage with stakeholders to explore interoperability and value creation opportunities.
• Develop analytic models and performance metrics for data accuracy and client value.
• Drive change-management to foster an innovation culture.
