Job summary

The Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation (DTCC) is seeking an IAM Governance Sr. Associate to partner with governance leads on Identity and Access Management reporting, metrics, and risk communication.

You will help standardize outputs, maintain documentation, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve control effectiveness and audit readiness. You will work within an IT Cybersecurity & Platform Strategy team, contributing to governance KPI development, remediation tracking, and

Qualifications

• 6+ years of related experience.
• One or more information security or audit certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CISA) is a plus.
• 2+ years Hands-on experience with any PAM/IAM/Cybersecurity solution.
• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity and/or related experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead IAM governance initiatives with guidance from the IAM Governance Director.
• Support governance functions across IAM including access certification and policy adherence.
• Define governance requirements for IAM processes, workflows, and reporting.
• Maintain governance documentation, standards, procedures, and training materials.
• Improve governance reporting frameworks and data quality.
