The Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation (DTCC) is seeking an experienced Associate Director - Oracle EPM Platform & Operations to lead a small team of EPM admins and engineers. You will manage Oracle EPM Cloud applications (EPBCS, ARCS, TRCS, FCCS, PCMCS) ensuring reliability, governance, and continuous improvement across the platform.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Finance, Accounting, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of Oracle EPM experience supporting enterprise planning, consolidation, reconciliation, or reporting solutions.
• Strong hands-on experience with at least two to three Oracle EPM applications (EPBCS, ARCS, TRCS, FCCS, PCMCS).
• Experience supporting production environments in a regulated or complex enterprise environment.

Responsabilités

• Lead and coordinate the day-to-day activities of a small team of EPM administrators and engineers.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Support team development through mentoring, coaching, and knowledge sharing.
• Assist with work prioritization, resource planning, and delivery of key initiatives.
• Build strong partnerships with Finance, Tax, Accounting, and Technology stakeholders.
• Oversee the administration, configuration, maintenance, and support of Oracle EPM Cloud applications.
• Ensure high levels of system availability, reliability, performance, and data integrity.
• Manage updates, environment refreshes, migrations, and production support activities.
• Partner with Oracle Support and internal teams to resolve complex technical issues.
• Monitor system health and drive continuous improvements across the EPM platform.
• Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver enhancements.
• Guide the configuration of business rules, calculations, integrations, and financial reporting solutions.
• Support testing, release management, and change-control processes.
• Evaluate new Oracle EPM capabilities and recommend opportunities to improve business processes and platform effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, audit requirements, and governance standards.
• Oversee user security, access management, and change-management processes.
• Support regulatory and operational requirements within a highly controlled environment.
