Job summary

DB E.C.O. North America is seeking a Senior Rail Infrastructure Advisor to lead and grow the Stations & Passenger Facilities Practice across North America.

You will act as a trusted advisor to transit agencies and infrastructure owners, developing strategic plans, selecting service offerings, and expanding client relationships. The role requires a strong leadership mindset, 10+ years in rail/station planning, and proven ability to win engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Urban Planning, Transportation Planning, Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in rail, transit, station development, or related fields.
• Demonstrated expertise in station and passenger facility planning, development, design management, operations, asset management, or lifecycle planning.
• Proven track record of winning and delivering consulting assignments in NA transportation markets.

Responsibilities

• Build, lead, and expand the Stations & Passenger Facilities Practice, including strategy and growth plans.
• Advise transit agencies, rail operators, and infrastructure owners.
• Develop executive-level client relationships and convert opportunities into engagements.
• Lead complex projects related to stations, passenger facilities, and asset management.
• Pursue and secure high-impact opportunities, including proposals and negotiations.
• Establish thought leadership through industry events and associations.
• Mentor managers, consultants, and technical specialists.
• Oversee project delivery ensuring quality, client satisfaction, and profitability.
• Collaborate with DB Group and international network to share best practices.
