Responsibilities

• Directs and supervises staff and support departments.
• Prepares operating plans, policies, programs and procedures.
• Monitors systems and participates in control/audit programs.
• Makes studies on adequacy and effectiveness of services and recommendations.
• Prepares data for budget, operating and statistical reports.
• Attends staff meetings and consults with other departments.
• Represents health care setting administration in programs.
• Assists in grant proposal writing and revenue/expenditure reports.
• Performs other related duties, as directed.
