Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychosocial evaluations through patient interviews and formulate treatment plans.
• Provide individual and group counseling in clinical or community settings.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop discharge and aftercare plans.
• Document and report patient care and keep records.
• Mentor junior staff and may supervise students.
