Job summary

The ideal candidate holds an NYSED license, brings at least three years of healthcare administration experience, including supervisory responsibilities, and will guide grant activities, budgeting, and program improvements

Qualifications

• Valid NYSED license and current registration in a mental health discipline.
• Minimum 3 years in healthcare or regulatory admin roles with 1 year in supervisory capacity.

Responsibilities

• Formulates and monitors mental health programs and services.
• Reviews regulations and ensures compliance across programs.
• Develops policies and standards for mental health services.
• Provides advisory services to leadership and external partners.
• Supervises department staff and directs professional activities.
• Participates in grant proposals and program budgeting.
• Represents the department in meetings with leadership and agencies.
• Prepares reports and budget estimates.
