Qualifications

• Current New York State LCSW license required.
• Minimum of 1 year supervisory experience in social work.
• Experience conducting psychosocial evaluations and formulating treatment plans.
• Ability to lead and mentor multidisciplinary teams.

Responsabilités

• Perform psychosocial evaluations and formulate treatment plans.
• Provide individual and group counseling and linkages to community services.
• Consult with other disciplines to develop multidisciplinary care plans.
• Mentor staff and supervise graduate/undergraduate students as needed.
• Ensure compliance with NYC Health + Hospitals policies and NYS licensure requirements.
• Contribute to discharge planning and aftercare arrangements.
• Document clinical activities and maintain timely records.
