Job summary

The Arc of Cumberland and Perry Counties (CPARC) is seeking a full time Residential Supervisor for a group home serving individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Opening located in Mt Holly Springs, PA.

Supervisors provide supervision and direction in a residential setting, ensure health and safety, and oversee staff training and regulatory compliance. The position requires 18+, PA driver's license, and an Associate's degree or equivalent experience.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Possess an Associate's degree in a human services related field or have two years of experience in a residential setting.
• Experience supervising direct care workers who support individuals with disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision and direction in a residential setting to direct care staff and provide direct care to individuals with disabilities.
• Ensure health and safety of individuals at the site and regulatory compliance.
• Supervise/evaluate/train staff; share on-call responsibility; handle paperwork (weekly/monthly/annual).
• Maintain professional relationships with families, peers, subordinates and other professionals; perform other duties as assigned.

The Arc of Cumberland and Perry Counties (CPARC) is seeking a full time Residential Supervisor for a group home that serves individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Opening located in Mt Holly Springs, PA.

Supervisors provide supervision and direction in a residential setting to direct care staff and provide direct care to individuals with disabilities receiving services in the program to which they are assigned. This involves ensuring the health and safety of the individuals living at the assigned site, supervising/evaluating/training staff, sharing in on-call responsibility, weekly/monthly/annual paperwork, ensuring regulatory compliance and maintaining a professional working relationship with the individuals' families, peers, subordinates, all "team" members, and other professionals as well as other duties as assigned.

Interested candidates with supervisory and residential experience must meet the following criteria:

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Have a valid Pennsylvania Driver's License.
• Possess an Associate's degree in a human services related field or have two years of experience in a residential setting.
• Experience supervising direct care workers who support individuals with disabilities.

Full time position starting at $20.50 per hour.
